August 25, 1966 Public Enemy DJ Terminator X is born Norman Lee Rogers. In the late '90s, he joins the family business raising African black ostriches on a farm in North Carolina.

August 19, 1966 Country singer Lee Ann Womack is born in Jacksonville, Texas.

August 17, 1966 Vocalist/bassist Jill Cunniff (of Luscious Jackson) is born in New York City.
